About

Juan Monteverde is the founding partner of Monteverde & Associates PC, which has offices in the Empire State Building. He leads a group of accomplished lawyers who are experts in his field. The goal of Monteverde & Associates is to defend shareholders against malfeasance and business mistakes.

Customers are frequently stockholders who have suffered financial losses due to corporate wrongdoing or regular consumers who have fallen prey to false or overtly misleading advertising. The team can advocate for clients and ensure businesses are held accountable at any level, from local trial and appellate courts to the U.S. Supreme Court. No one is above the law, his credo, which captures his true character in court.

From 2010 until 2016, Monteverde spent six years as a partner and department head handling mergers and acquisition litigation at Faruqi & Faruqi LLP before establishing his own business.
